Kiskunfélegyháza south interchange partial closure and road surface repair works on the M5 Motorway in the direction of Szeged

On the M5 Motorway first in the direction of Szeged the off- and onramp of the Kiskunfélegyháza south interchange at chainage 114 will expectedly be closed between between 26^th August and 19^th September 2024 due to road surface repair works. Road surface repair works will also be carried out between 26^th August and 19^th September 2024 on the M5 Motorway in the proximity of Kiskunfélegyháza in the direction of Szeged between chainage 110 and 114. During the road surface repair works, traffic will be diverted between chainage 108 and 114. AKA Ltd. kindly asks road users to exercise patience due to the traffic restrictions caused by the repairs.

During the first phase of the road surface repair works – between 26^th August and 19^th September 2024 – on the M5 Motorway in the direction of Szeged the off- and onramp of the Kiskunfélegyháza south interchange at chainage 114 will be closed. Leaving and entering the M5 Motorway will be possible at the Kiskunfélegyháza north interchange at chainage 109 or the Kistelek interchange at chainage 140.

In the second phase of the works – between 26^th August and 19^th September 2024 – on the M5 Motorway the traffic in the direction of Szeged between chainage 108 and 114 km will first be diverted into the slow lane, and then later into the fast lane. Speed limits of 60 km/h is to be expected within the aforementioned section.
