For the second year in a row, the European Association of Operators of Toll Road Infrastructures (ASECAP) is organizing the traffic safety campaign on June 20th, which draws attention to the protection of road workers. After several European countries, AKA Ltd. joined the campaign as well.
Our employees carrying out road renovation, maintenance and other works are exposed to elevated levels of danger at the work areas. On this day, the focus is on colleagues working in high-visibility clothing, who often risk their own lives to ensure safe traffic on the motorways, including the M5.
All year round, AKA Ltd. asks those on the road to drive with additional caution and patience, in accordance with the speed limits, on the M5 Motorway. It is important that our travelers pay attention to the signs placed at the work areas.
The safety of road workers is all of our responsibility.
