On the M5 Motorway first in the direction of Szeged, then afterwards in the direction of Budapest, the onramps of the Kiskunfélegyháza north interchange at chainage 109 will expectedly be closed between 14th May and 12th June 2024 due to road surface repair works. AKA Ltd. kindly asks road users to exercise patience due to the traffic restrictions caused by the repairs.
During the first phase of the road surface repair works – between 14th and 30th May 2024 – on the M5 Motorway the onramp of the Kiskunfélegyháza north interchange at chainage 109 in the direction of Szeged will be closed.
In the second phase of the works – between 31st May and 12th June 2024 – the interchange onramp of the motorway in the direction of Budapest will be closed. Entering the M5 Motorway from both directions will be possible at the Kecskemét south interchange at chainage 91 or the Kiskunfélegyháza south interchange at chainage 114. The repair works are expected to be completed by 12th June 2024. A speed limit of 100 km/h is to be expected within the aforementioned section.

AKA Ltd. asks travelers to drive more carefully and pay attention to colleagues working in the diversion, keeping the speed limit on the M5 Motorway. Unforeseeable events may result in changes to the aforementioned schedule. AKA Ltd. reserves the right to modify the schedule of the maintenance works.
