Road surface repair works will be carried out on the M5 Motorway in the proximity of Kecskemét between 26th September and 5th October 2023 in the direction of Szeged between chainage 118 and 120. During the road surface repair works, traffic will be diverted between chainage 116 and 121. AKA Ltd. kindly asks road users to exercise patience due to the traffic restrictions caused by the repairs.
The repairs will expectedly start on 26th September 2023 on the aforementioned section. During the road surface repair works on the M5 Motorway the traffic in the direction of Szeged between chainage 116 and 121 km will first be diverted into the slow lane, and then later into the fast lane. The repair works will not affect any interchanges and are expected to be completed by 5th October 2023. A speed limit of 60 km/h is to be expected within the aforementioned section.

AKA Ltd. asks travelers to drive more carefully, keeping the speed limit on the M5 Motorway. Unforeseeable events may result in changes to the aforementioned schedule.
