Road surface repair works will be carried out on the M5 Motorway in the proximity of Kecskemét between 17th and 25th March 2025 in the direction of Szeged between chainage 90 and 91 during which traffic will be diverted. AKA Ltd. kindly asks road users to exercise patience due to the traffic restrictions caused by the repairs.
The repairs will expectedly start on 17th March 2025 on the aforementioned section. During the road surface repair works on the M5 Motorway the traffic in the direction of Szeged between chainage 89 and 91 will first be diverted into the slow lane, and then later into the fast lane. A shortened stretch is provided for traffic leaving the motorway at the Kecskemét south interchange at chainage 91. The repair works are expected to be completed by 25th March 2025. Speed limits of 60 and 80 km/h are to be expected within the aforementioned section.
